Daniella Dines - Holistic Therapies & Retreats

Daniella aims to create classes for all abilities to enjoy. Her classes are designed to nourish both the beginner and intermediate level. To connect the mind and body through moving meditation, is the key to both a stimulating and fulfilling yoga practice.

All Students are required to fill in healthcare forms before starting a yoga program.
 

Hatha yoga / Vinyasa Flow

Private Sessions: Hatha or vinyasa flow

These classes are tailored to suit each individual person. A plan will be set up to achieve required results.

£50 ( up to 2 people)

 

 

Extra persons in addition to 2 people will be charged at a fee of £15 per person.
A maximum of 6 people per session.
Mats & props can be provided on request.

Please note that the cost of a private session is based on a home visit, if a hired venue is required, then fees will be charged in accordance with additional expenses.

Dynamic Yoga

These classes incorporate more intensive styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa Flow & Power Yoga.
The classes are set at a stronger, faster more challenging pace, designed to increase the heart rate, improve endurance and strengthen core stability.

On site Yoga classes can be arranged For a maximum of 12 staff members.
